Iraq should not make the mistake of "exclusiveness" - by excluding minorities such as the Sunnis and Kurds and other minorities.

Only an inclusive Iraqi government that includes Sunnis, Shiites and Kurds - will work for long-term peace in Iraq.

On the immediate term, whether the Iraqi force can win the battle on Tikrit and Mosul - will hinge on whether the Shitte can win over the heart and mind of the minorities - specifially the Sunnis and Kurds and other minorities.

Only racial tolerance, religious tolerance - can ensure a win over the ISIS group - as the Iraqi forces need the support of the minorites such as the Sunnis and Kurds and other minorities.

The Iraqi forces previously has lost Tikrit and Mosul in quick succession because there are no support from the Sunnis.

Now to win back Tikrit and Mosul, the Iraqi forces need to win over the Sunnis and the minorities.

Mutual Inclusiveness - Win.
Exclusiveness - Lose (just like the ISIS group - where its extreme exclusiveness - alienate Humanity - and lose all moral support which turn against them).

Iraq force should not make this mistake again.
