Any mechanism to unfreeze relationship, build trust and maintain dialogue - is the best mechanism to preserve peace and prevent miscommunication that trigger tension or conflict.

Fortunately, Asia Pacific region has many platform and forum to continuously forge communication and dialogues - which is good to calm nerves and cool tension.
