An acceptable deal - ie. for civilian used with no means to produce nuclear weapon is the best deal.

A deal without achieving the above goal, or walking away from a nuclear deal ------ will throw Middle East into further uncertainty and possible tension.

Because there will be unwholesome reactions to stop the possible production of nuclear weapon.

And the unwholesome reactions - will raise tension and may even be conflict - that will cause Middle East turmoil to go one notch up.

All with stake in the Middle East ---- will be losing parties - and there are no winners.

Conversely, if there are acceptable nuclear deal for civilian used and there are no means to produce nuclear weapons, the benefits are many fold :-
(1) sanctions against Iran will be lifted. Economy in Iran will grow.
(2) tension in Middle East go one notch down. Sunni Arabs, Israel and US will have potential to improve relationship with Iran.
(3) more cooperation and less hostility in geo-political engagement in Middle East.
(4) trade, business, investment will go up.
(5) more cooperation in resisting hardline terrorism - and terrorism in the region will reduce in the long run.

Thus striking an acceptable nuclear deal - will be the most wholesome outcome.

Striking a bad deal or walking away from the nuclear deal ---- will spell trouble in Middle East - where tension and conflict will simmer ----- and this will be bad not only for Middle East, but the World Economy in the nexus of oil trade.

An acceptable deal - that weigh heavily on technical infeasibility of making developing a nuclear weapon - will be the strongest indisputable deal.
