When 2 sides fight, those who really suffer are the civilians.

Destruction of homes, properties, no jobs, no food, no water, no electricity etc that are subsistence to the survival and physiological needs of the human - will be greatly impaired.

Thus politicians with the power to wield war have to think once, twice, three times - whether war should be declared ----- that cause untold sufferings, miseries and pain to so many humans ------- which will elicit tremendous bad karma.

Many problems and issues can be resolved without resorting to war.
