Yes. This is the "one and only" window opportunity for Iran to break the sanction and establish a good relationship not only with US, but also the Middle East region, albeit with the World community.

Missing this opportunity has grave consequences to Iran and to the Middle East region. Because if an acceptable nuclear deal is not concluded, renewed hostility will set in, crippling sanction will not be lifted, Economy will still be in doldrums, Iran geopolitical influence and friendship around the Middle East region cannot improve.

What will be worse if there is possibility of developing nuclear weapons - tension will go up several notches as adversaries and opponents will not let it happen - and an open war will be a very possibility - and the whole Middle East region will again throw in a further turmoil - that will not be good for anyone - whether for Iran, for the Middle East countries and for the World - as Global oil trade, air, sea travelling to Middle East, Europe, Africa - will be impacted.

As long as the technical feasibility of keeping the nuclear for civilian purpose and not for nuclear weapons can be baseline in the deal, the benefits to Iran as well as to Middle East countries, to US and World Community will be abundant.

Sanctions lifted - Economy will grow, oil trade, business, investment, friendly relationship with the region and World community will improve, and overall tension in Middle East will cool down.

In fact missing this "window opportunity" for concluding an acceptable nuclear deal, and in future if Iran want to come back to the negotiating table - the talk will be even tougher and will face more hostile negotiation.
