Both sides should exercise restraint and observe the Peace Deal.
Any flare-up will lead to escalation of conflict.

Do not underestimate the significance of the Peace Deal - and do not under-estimate it.

Failure to do so may change the fate of Europe-Russia skirmishes into a hotspot.
