If Assad regime collapse, IS taking over is very real as no other group is able to take over.

Thus tackling IS is a top priority as IS is threatening the whole World while Assad regime do not.

After defeating IS, a political settlement between Assad regime and other rebel groups need to be hammer out - where a coalition Government can be considered - similar to the current Iraqi Coalition Government - in order to resolve the Syrian refugees crisis and end the civil war to start re-construction.
