A right nuclear deal must be reached.
A deal for civilian used only and not capable of developing into a nuclear weapon is essential.

Else Middle East will vanished - a true "hotspot" - of nuclear explosion.

Middle East turmoil - will go one notch up - if the potential of nuclear weapons can be developed in Middle East.

Without nuclear weapon, the current conflict is already red-hot.
With the possibility of developing nuclear weapon, those without one will react irrationally ----- and Middle East will be even more turmoil prone.

And in the area where there will be no hesitation to use nuclear weapon will be in Middle East - since chemical weapons has already been liberally used in desperate situation.
