Historical war past is the issue that hold the 3 back.

Face it squarely, honestly and discard it once and for all - only then will relationship improve dramatically.

This historical baggage has indeed be a big burden on the 3 shoulders.

In other words, the 3 are still living in the shadow of the history WW2 and are still spoke by the ghost of historical issues - beheading, comfort women, massacre - that have long gone.....

And it is the shadow of what the IS did.......... even though the 3 are modernise, people are peaceful and economy are doing well.

So why not discard the unhappy historical past once and for all - and move on with a clean sheet?

What did IS did?
(1) machine gunning by execution along the beaches and on the street
(2) beheading and hang the heads in pole and trees
(3) cruxification
(4) bayoneting and knifing
(5) massacring the conquered
(6) raping of women and make women sex slaves
(7) burning

IS is reminding the 3 of WW2 historical past.

Why are the 3 still carrying this unhappy historical baggage, where the 3's citizens are now the victims of what IS did?

Why not face the WW2 historical baggage honestly, squarely and discard it like what the German did ---- and all the 3 move on with a clean sheet and a new chapter?

Year after year, there will be a period the World will has to rewind back to WW2 of the 1950s and 60s - and to re-visit the WW2 historical war of :-

(1) machine gunning by execution along the beaches and on the street
(2) beheading and hang the heads in pole and trees
(3) cruxification
(4) bayoneting and knifing
(5) massacring the conquered
(6) raping of women and make women sex slaves
(7) burning

It is a sad story, but time and again, the World have to re-live this unhappy past, be emotion about them - when the 3 harp on it, glorify it, condemn it..... - as though this part of history is still happening and causing pain .....

While in Europe, there are no emotion attached to the Nazis - because it had entered into "true history" - and no longer affect anyone. Everyone in Europe has moved on to live a better world.

Both 3 embrace Buddhism.

And the crux of Buddhism teaching is :-
看破 放下 丢掉 - 自在。
不执着 坚持 固执 - 因为 是 痛苦。

Yet Europe has fully understood this crux of Buddhism teaching - but the 3 Asian countries who has practiced Mahayana Buddhism for so long - fail to understand.

Learn - but not practice.
Practice - but not inherited.

Asia Pacific hotspot - the mostly likely ignition point come from :-
(1) East China Sea
(2) Korean peninsula

And another is (3) South China Sea.

Thus it is important to settle and discard this WW2 historical baggage to prevent ignition of past karma seeds.

Lessons have shown that if past historical baggage have not resolved wholesomely, it will ignite again and impact the current and future generations.

We can see so many such lessons in modern days eg. :-
(1) Russia & Ukraine - crimea, east Ukraine crisis - historical baggage Cold-War of West & Russia divide
(2) Korean peninsula - year-after-year tension
(3) Israel & Palestine
etc etc

But for historical baggage that have been convincingly and wholesomely settled, it will no longer ignite eg.
(1) Germany and Europe

Thus do not be trivial by unresolved historical baggage - it is a volcanic fissure, past karma seeds - waiting for the conditional environment to trigger.

Actually, the Russia & Europe divide - is the most worrying hotspot ------ because if ignited ----- it will be very difficult to stop - and the impact will be Global - economically - disrupting trade, food chain, destruction will be mammoth.

May potentially trigger other hotspots - into a World War 3.

Thus Asia Pacific hotspot - if can resolved - should resolve it and not let it become part of the domino effect.
