Kopi lui culture and corruption starts from day 1 in Malaysia politics and when this old hat is a PM for 2 decades.

Dr M is so proud to claim his country is utterly corrupt when he has been in politics for more than half a century and with 22 years as the PM Ver 1.0.. Is he trying to justify that the corruption during his first tenure as ‘Under the Table’ and still got hope?

Corruption starts during his era. How come he is not blamed for such scandals. Now he is blaming the najib admin. I thought both should be responsible

If Im a Malaysian, I would also practice corruption as you the Old Dog also corrupt by cronyism. What is the difference. The Malaysians are awared that most of the PH politicians are also corrupted. So lets all a corrupted society, after all the new government is just as unless and knowing that the ringgit continue to decline everyday. This can be evident from the mass workers coming into Singapore daily to work, 440,000 + and increasing just to earn the Singapore Dollars. Old Man, you are a big disgrace to Malaysia and suggest you better kick the bucket soon as you have brought more disaster to Malaysia than during Najib"s Rule.

This old cunning fox is making a mockery of himself in Austria when his actual intention is to cover his own backside. First time in history we come to know about "over the table" & "under the table" types of corruption. What a lame excuse to say that graft cases on the rise because whistleblowers no longer fear to report ? You mean graft cases increae is due to your credit ? Come on Dr M, please don't continue to deceive your own people and others, go back to report yourself to MACC please !

WEll Siad. he corrupts more than Najib. Why was this Old Dog alias as Mr 10%? and also alsia s Godfather of Corruption? If Najib has corrupted as claimed by the masses, it was Old Dog whom taught him how to corrupt for Najib was his disciple.

Malaysians know...Dr M is more corrupt... famous for his 10% rule.
Malaysians know...if Dr M their PM can do it....why not also make hay while the sunshine.

In Malay lingo ....cari makan cepat, cepat lah.

"Dr Mahathir stated it is impossible to completely eradicate corruption."
You couldn't get the hint??? Because he is the great example and he is part of the corrupt system, just follow the money trial. In his 22 years of PM, he was only busy in intruding, encroaching, threatening other nations.

Yes..Najib is corrupt but he just followed courruptism trend and culture left behind from the previous govt and learned it from Mahathir.
Mahathir’s blatantly "over the table " forced Anwar (then finance minister ) to bailout $billion to his 3 sons in 1997/98 financial inflation crisis which Anwar obliged..but refused and rejected Mahathir's second requests thus he kicked him into jail wayang a sodomy charge against Anwar. during his PM tenure.

"Under table and over the table" corruptions is a norm and culture in Malaysia since Mahathir becomes PM.
From top ministers down to Street policeman, immigration, school even hospital staff etc.. are involved bribes and corruption.

Najib's corruption wasn't all that superlative smart and cunning as Mahathir, he is too complacency failed to cover his hole tightly. If Najib brains as smart and crafty as Mahathir he won't be the man who needs to go the court today. In contrast, he still in power if he acts as evil and merciless like Mahathir.

Najib and his team was too over confident to win GE14. that collapsed BN. never do homeworks seriously, never asked "if" what's happen BN votes counting shows signs of losing before the real results announced. What's can be done to salvage or....

Sorry if I offended any Malaysians, could this be a embedded "culture" of Malaysia Mr. PM? That's why Singapore and Malaysia are not "compatible" as highlighted by you during the Q&A at Oxford.
