Using mobile apps to scan QR code - often had the problem of failure.

This happen not only to this share-a-bike apps.

But it also happen to Paylah mobile apps.

Scanning the QR code - it say "link failure - unable to process transaction".

The helpdesk will advise to delete and reinstall the mobile apps - but problem persist.

Such problem will impede the usage of cashless payment via mobile apps.

LTA - I think you should consider placing the QR code on a pedestal or on a elevated platofrm and NOT on the ground. I notice the QR code do not stick on the ground and it easliy get displaced.

It could be that there isn't enough contrast due to the bright sunlight. This is the common issue with QR code as it needs to have sufficient contrast. U need to turn the brightness and contrast of your mobile to the maximum.
