U.S. President Donald Trump predicted on Sunday that China would make concessions in the face of rising trade tensions, though China has vowed to not back down in any trade war.

On Monday, a researcher with China's state planning agency said China's economy will see little impact from the trade dispute, as the country's vast domestic market can compensate for any external impact.
"As China's economy is stable and improving...the China-U.S. trade friction will impact our economy, but the impact will be limited," Wang Changlin, a researcher at the National Development and Reform Commission.

Agree that China should not back down on Trump's tariff threat on China.
China must not let Trump bully China by brute force - else China will lose its business sovereignty not base on mutual benefit and open and free trade under the armbit of WTO.

The whole World will face the same threat from Trump by brute force and bullying in trade - and WTO multilateral trade arrangement fails.

China should give Trump a bloody nose - as time is not on the side of Trump with November mid-term election getting closer and closer.

Trump has alot to lose and China can afford to hold it out - and wait for Trump to falter and fail.
