The gov talk too much and sumugam says we have strengthen our security system. Why and how come they are not able to arrest the people who put on these website.

The fake website can be placed by someone in arctic or antartic servers and published it in the Internet - where Singapore or Interpol don't have jurisdiction.

www.mom-sg-gov.ml/save.ica.gov.sg/save-public/index.html ---- is definitely a fake web site - because mom is there, ml is there.

The phisher just need to copy the html source from the official web and host it in the fake url.

Users need to be alert to the URL not to get phished and provide their user credential and got stolen by the phisher.
