If the police has ascertained there are no "intention to cheat" - then public should not label this man as scam.

The only thing is the pitiful elderly attendant who has to fork out $125 over his meagre pay.

But :-
Caltex Singapore had earlier taken to Facebook to assure online users that the elderly attendant "did not bear any financial obligation" due to the incident.

--- So look like Caltex will be helping the elderly staff.

But if Ms Kelly Yeo had not had witnessed this and not upload the story on social media, the elderly uncle will be made to pay for the petrol. It's a common "punishment" for pump attendants for any disputes. They even have to pay if the car owners drive off without paying... If u don't believe, u can ask any pump attendant.

Zaw Zazuli they have cctv and if car driver drive off without paying he would recieve a call from police next moment. Don't any how jump deduction without knowing fact.
