With Trump waging global trade war --- Asia Pacific must provide the impetus and momentum to conclude the RCEP and make Asia Pacific - the largest trading bloc in the World --- to cushion against the bruising war with Trump.

Asia Pacific members must show more urgency and determination to overcome obstacles, adopt give-and-take attitude, win-win outcome to conclude the RCEP.
