Given the significant heritage, historical values of Oxley House --- it should be preserved as National Monument - Suboption 1 - while preserving the privacy as wanted by Mr Lee.
It will be a great loss to Singapore Heritage and Singapore descendants will stand to lose big in Singapore Heritage if altered or demolished.
