To start a nuclear war, Trump only need "5 minutes" - to trigger his code from his nuclear briefcase --- and land ICBMs, nuclear submarines and nuclear bombers can just fired off the nuclear missiles, cruise missiles - and 15 minutes will have cause a catastrophic explosion.
No generals or Congress can stop him ---- and basically no one can intercept or stop him - if he suddenly flew in rage - and activate it.
