Got to speed up the building of dedicated lanes for cyclists and PMDs.

This will help to reduce the number of accidents cause by cyclists and PMDs.

Even with rules and regulations - as long as the PMDs has contact with pedestrians sharing the same path, or PMDs sharing the road with vehicles - accidents bound to occur - due to close proximity and physical interaction.

Thought expanding the pedestrian path in quite number of areas is possible - and then divide the pedestrain path into 2 - one for pedestrian and the other half for this PMDs.

But it takes time, and involve cost in doing so.

For those pedestrian path that cannot be expanded further, more creative path may need to be cut out - such as going through housing estates or open up unused areas for a PMD path.
