Intel, Microsoft and Apple - have to be very sure that its patches work, has patch up all security problem and make sure it will not slow down the performance of the computers, smartphones and servers - before it roll out to the customers.
Intel, Microsoft and Apple - will have to help the customers if the customers face any problem with the patches roll out.
