Suggest that IMH keep a record of all patients undergoing medication.
Patients that has stopped medication or stop visitng IMH should have raised alert - and attempt to trace and track the patients should be done.
Periodic review of the conditions of the patients should be made.
This will have helped those patients that have stop medication on their own from relapsing.

Patients that consume medication - will behave normally like any other person.
But once patients fail to regularly consult their doctor and consume medication as prescribe will have a relapse - and behave in a manner that he/she is unable to control.
Thus a more systematic process to help such patients will be required.
