The 4th Generation Leader need to be :-
(1) a younger Minister - so that there is no need to keep changing PM
(2) a younger Minister - will understand the younger generations better
(3) the cabinet who work closely with the potential 4GL understand his potential as PM and will be able to command respect from the cabinet as well as Singaporeans.
(4) the 4GL will be a Leader that work for interest of Singapore and help Singapore to stand tall in the World.
(5) the 4GL will be able to lead Singapore into the future and ensure Singapore continue to survive, thrive and prosper.
Thus it is right for the cabinet to pick its PM --- because it is the cabinet that work closely with the potential PM - will know who has the caliber of a PM. .
Citizens like us - will not know who has the potential to be the PM - as we are not working closely in the cabinet.
