Tonight, I am calling on the Congress to produce a bill that generates at least $1.5 trillion for the new infrastructure investment we need.
Every Federal dollar should be leveraged by partnering with State and local governments and, where appropriate, tapping into private sector investment - to permanently fix the infrastructure deficit.

Wonder how is Trump going to finance the bill of $1.5 trillion infrastructure project for US - when massive tax is cut from the Government Budget?
Wonder which private investors will put in billions or trillions of dollars to build roads, bridges, great wall of America - where there are no ROI (Return of Investment).
