Yes, Universal Dharma must be make useful and skilfully apply in solving real life problem wholesomely especially so vital like humanity facing extinction - specifically the threat of nuclear war, global climate and epidemic.
Else why human spend their whole life learning and practicing Dharma - but not put to good used especially for life and death such as 3 minor catastrophe or 小三灾 or Judgement Day?
