Every aspects of the Economy is doing well.
However one aspect is lacking.
It is announce that there are 15,000 IT job vacancies in 2016 and 30,000 IT job vacancies in 2017.
Can these vacancies be match to mature Singaporean PMETs first - before considering foreigners?

This will help to fulfil one of the PAP manifesto that say "It will resolve the unemployment problem faced by mature Singaporean PMETs who has difficulty finding job."

As Singapore is celebrating New Years and enjoying their bonus, there are many mature Singaporean PMETs out there still have difficulty finding jobs.

Wonder is there a mechanism that track mature Singaporeans PMETs that are out of jobs and trying to look for jobs?
It is announced that there are mechanism to track younger Singaporeans PMETs looking for jobs and job match them. There are even attempts to track this group in which jobs are under employed.
Wonder is the same privilege extended to mature Singaporeans PMETs ?

There are 9,000 mature Singaporeans PMETs are out of jobs - whereby 6,300 are graduates.
If there are 15,000 IT job vacancies in 2016 and 30,000 IT job vacancies in 2017 out there - rightfully there is no problem making the 9,000 mature Singaporeans PMETs employed.
But this is not the case - even when many mature Singaporeans PMETs are qualified for the jobs.

Ricky, you shall see the issues surfacing out for the lesser Foreigner influx.
Those Investor will get out of Singapore.
Those home Investor and SG owner cant get people to rent their house.
Later on lose will be lost.
Before you wish for something make sure that wish will not cause any harm to yourself.

Be sensible. 15,000 to 30,000 jobs - none to 9,000 mature Singaporean PMETs.
How are this investment benefits Singaporeans?

Be sensible, if you reached 40 to 50 years old - and excuses are made to get you out of jobs - not because you are no good - but because you reached 40 to 50 years old and let foreigners replace you - let see how you survive for another 40 years & I will see whether you keep quiet and don't make noise.
This is a widespread problem facing many mature Singaporean PMETs - and it is out in the paper - 9,000 of them - not some hear say.

Be sensible, you don't know the pain - until the brick slam onto your leg. Then will see whether you shout the loudest.
Previously, know of one mature Singaporean PMET who only have $2,000 in the saving account - and need to feed 2 young boys that still need to buy milk - where both Parents are out of jobs.
He say if he still could not find job - the whole family will go hungry.
