Both Russia and Turkey has to restraint from retaliation because the objective is to defeat ISIS daesh - and not distracted by taking action against the 2 Blocs that are supposed to coordinate to target at ISIS daesh.

If Russia and Turkey are locked in conflict, ISIS daesh will be jumping with joy and glee - because attention and resources will not be directed at ISIS daesh and defeat them.

This is what ISIS hope to see.

This incident should be resolved by diplomatic mean - because the larger goal is to defeat ISIS daesh and not get distracted.
