A can drink is hard to detect or raise suspicion as a man-made bomb - when checked and scanned by the airport security devices.

But certainly such bomb is easy to made except that someone will need to manually activate it - based on the components displayed here.

(1) 1 drink can - can stuff a few gm of tnt.
(2) detonator with fuse
(3) manual switch to cause spark that activate the fuse, detonate the detonator and the can of tnt.

To check in before boarding the plane, all items will need to be physically inspected to detect such ied bomb.
