There is more urgency to capture the ISIS daesh caliphate and eradicate the ISIS militants completely.

These militants had indeed used chemical weapons against the other rebels and Syrian army and they are capable of operating chemical weapons.

Only completely routing them and recapture the territory from ISIS daesh will deprive them of any land to operate.

Most important, it is vital to capture or eradicate all the ISIS daesh leadership so that the organisation will lose direction and foot soldiers captured, imprisoned and rehabilitated.
