Medicine supposed to save lives and thus should be make accessible and affordable to common man in the street.

If medicine is price out of reach from the common man in the street - how does it meet the noble objective of saving lives?

Wrong. Medicine is made to make pharmaceutical companies obnoxiously rich. Saving lives is a side effect...

Other than this, TPP overall must have been beneficial as it will be creating a massive market - 40% of the World Economy - which will spin out more business opportunities, trade and create more jobs for Singaporeans.
