Yes, the SuperPowers objective is to work out ways to end the war so that political process can take over - to end the civil war and to allow peaceful ways to elect a legitimate Government.

This will be a Blessing for everyone in Syria - as well as ending the largest refugees that flood so many Countries and burdening everyone.

But safeguard have to be put in place to prevent and continue to neutralise ISIS threat - who is trying to establish a foothold caliphate that threaten all human mankind.

It is a necessary evil - to neutralise ISIS - unless ISIS surrender unconditionally and willing to repent and be rehabilitated.

  It is also a Blessings to SuperPowers and all Samitarians Countries that help to bring Peace to a Country that have suffered so much for so long.
