Cutting all the supply lines to ISIS militants in battlefield - whether logistics, ammo, manpower resources, food, water, oil, finance etc ----- is the fastest and most effective way to starve ISIS militants in the battlefield - and they will be defeated without a prolong fight - because they will run out of finance, manpower, ammo, food and water.

The international coalition forces should first concentrate in this aspect.
