ISIS is the most evil but potent devil that will haunt the World.
Even US and Russia will be haunted by ISIS if concerted, focus, concentrated and the most effective effort to rout them is not adopted.

Combined political, economic, social, finance and military efforts will need to be coordinated to rout ISIS.

Pincer attack to rout out ISIS - Sunni and Shiite pincer led by US on one side and Russia on the other side - will be most effective.
