With more development of infrastructure along "1 Road 1 Belt" from SE Asia to Silk Road - bank loan to finance the multi-billion investment will be required.

Singapore as one of the main financial centre as well as one of the Reminbi exchange centre can help to provide reminbi loan in SE Asia development to Chinese business in Singapore or SE Asia.

Good to provide this fast track clearance for the Chinese to speed up business.

Now you know it is so important - not to involve in military conflict in South China Sea and East China Sea?

For the sake of "1 Road 1 Belt" = the project will fail if military conflict start.

If there is Peace in Asia-Pacific region :-
(1) 1 Belt, 1 Road will succeed - billions and trillions dollars prosperity will be reaped.
(2) TPP will succeed - billions and trillions dollars prosperity will be reaped.

If military conflict starts in Asia-Pacific region :-
(1) 1 Belt, 1 Road fail - billions and trillions dollars burn into ash.
(2) TPP fail - billions and trillions dollars burn into ash.

As a shrewd businessman, have Peace no Military Conflict ---- then $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ will grow.
