The effective distance of AK-47 is 300 metres. Ineffective distance is 1km.

The plane is flying at 15,000 metres or 15 km.

Competition between the Russian coalition and US coalition - to neutralise IS - has taken a major toll on the IS.

IS has to make some claim - to prove their worth.

But innocents from passenger planes = should never be made the sacrificial lambs - near a war zone. Whether this Russian plane or the MH17 over the Ukraine airspace.

The real cause of what or who brought down the Russian plane or the MH17 planes should be investigated - so as to bring a proper closure - to answer to the deceased and their families.

And if the planes are brought down by human shooting it down, the culprit should be identified and brought to justice. Only then will collective karma ends.

No one can stop Universal Law of karma - human reap what human sow.

Administer justice fairly and impartially.

Only then, will karma ends.

3 SuperPowers possess the arsenals - whether conventional or nuclear - that can end the Earth.

The 3 SuperPowers inherit heavy responsibilities to act rationally, impartially and responsibly.

If any of the 3 SuperPowers act with impunity without karma - the World, the Earth will end very quickly.

Universal Law of Karma - has thus come into Earth time (now and immediate) - not Universe time (that can roll over into future lives - where humans cannot see their karma - what they reap, what they sow).

Hence it is vitally important for the 3 SuperPowers to act rationally, impartially, responsibly - for the collective good of the mankind on Earth.

A human skull asteroid nearly miss Earth - very close - and this serve as warning that - human on Earth is vulnerable - and humans are all govern by the Universal Law of Karma - to act rationally, impartially, responsibly with fairness and justice.

The basic principle is "Do good, refrain from bad".

Think no evil.
Speak no evil.
Do no evil.

"Think with good heart. Speak with good heart. Do with good heart".

Only then, will natural catastrophe and man-made catastrophe - will stay away from human.
