The mission to neutralise and eradicate ISIS is met only if :-
(1) All ISIS leaders are brought to justice or succumb to their evil karma.
(2) The so call caliphate are fully demolished and ISIS no longer holding any land or stronghold.
(3) All foreigners trained by ISIS - no longer have reference point as ISIS physically and logically cease to exist.

With the above 3 objectives achieved, ISIS will be effectively neutralised and eradicated.
