Donald Trump took a step towards peace. Of course, not everyone likes this. As can be seen, Donald Trump has many enemies, even among Republicans. What is better: peace with Russia, or a global nuclear war?
The Book of Revelation warns: "And another horse, fiery red, came out, and the one who rode it was granted permission to take peace from the earth, so that people would butcher one another, and he was given a huge sword." (6:4) "The great sword" - what does it mean?
Jesus gave many important details: "Terrors [φοβητρα] both [τε] and [και] unusual phenomena [σημεια - unusual occurrences, transcending the common course of nature] from [απ] sky [ουρανου] powerful [μεγαλα] will be [εσται]." (Luke 21:11)
Some ancient manuscripts contain the words "and frosts" [και χειμωνες] (we call this today "nuclear winter"), and in Mark 13:8 "and disorders" [και ταραχαι] (in the sense of confusion and chaos). There will be also significant tremors, food shortages and epidemics along the length and breadth of the regions as a result of using this weapon.
This weapon will also cause climate change, catastrophic drought and global famine. (cf. Revelation 6:5, 6)
So here we have a complete picture of the consequences of the global nuclear war. Is there any sense in speeding up this war?

Trump call the World his "foes" - EU allies are his economic foes, China is his foes, Russia is his brofoes and everyone else - the whole World is his foes that take advantages of US.

I am doing a research on why Trump supporters are attracted to Trump - despite the fact that any religions, any moral schools, any upright institutions - will have graded Trump as an undesirable personality, character with many flaws - that humans should not learn and follow.
But Trump followers are "heel over toes" - expressing public support and admiration over Trump - and even cheer Trump's on those things he says and do - that harm his Country, his people as well as other Countries and other people.
And what Trump is doing is very dangeous - causing a massive dislocation to the World trade - that will have a massive impact to USA and the World - not only in the near term but the medium and long term.
Yet Trump supporters are cheering Trump on - oblivious to the danger and consequences that Trump is triggering.

(1) Majority of Trump supporters are "non-college graduates" whites - who detest other races, who feel that other races have taken over their jobs and who are less mobile, unable to get themselves retrained to take on new fields, new jobs.
(2) Trump supporters are mainly displaced by disruptive tech - that have disrupted the industries they are in and have displaced their jobs, affected by globalisation --- and are basically nationalists.
Trump's radical approach of forcing old industries, old jobs (such as coal, steel, aluminium, cars etc) to come back to USA - resonate with them - despite the many negative, undesirable personalities and values displayed by Trump. They are willing to overlook and forgive Trump.
They are even willing to go as far as - supporting Trump's wrong values, speechs and actions as "Right" - as long as Trump support their interests - ie. their jobs, their income.

This is despite the fact that Trump actions - will actually cause US and the World - succumb with big Economic problems - by distorting market efficiency, dislocate the World Global Supply Chain and causing many other Economic distortion - that will be translated to business loss, job loss, high consumer prices and economic miseries in which this Trump supporters are trying to avoid.

So how to resolve Trump's global dislocation acts?
It will have to be - Trump losing his mid-term Nov election and his 2020 election.
To lose his election, his support base need to forsake him.
To do so, unless Trump's trade war - take a real and heavy toll on US economy.
But this is unlikely to happen in the short term - but may kick in the medium term and long term.
When this happen, the Global Economy will also be hit - maybe badly or could escape with only slight impact (depending whether the Global Economies are able to successfully build a successful "Trade Firewall" of many multi-lateral trade deals to cushion and mitigate the fallout with Trump-led US).
It will have to be - Trump losing his mid-term Nov election and his 2020 election.

Assuming that he will not do anything rash or assuming he is not ignorant that may trigger some catastrophic events - is putting everything into luck.
If lucks run out, the World will suddenly find itself in danger.

I think it may not be - because both US and Russia have powerful militaries and nuclear.
Any military fricition will end both US and Russia as well as the World.
But in fact a more open and transparent policies based on dialogue, communication with emphasis on trade, business and investment - can be a "Peace maker".

You have to bear in mind that US and China are still peaceful and there are still meaningful engagement in political and economic field - due to the massive economic, financial and trade that interlock both US and China Economy ---- that promote mutual benefits and mutual prosperity during Obama Administration time.
But now this Trump is trying to unravel this "Peace maker" initiative - that preserve Peace - by starting a massive trade war with China.

No American president will be a guarantor of peace. Let me remind here a fragment of an ancient vision: "And [the king of the north] will go back (to) his land with great wealth [1945. (Daniel 11:27) All the details of this vision are being fulfilled from the time of ancient Persia, in chronological order.

The odd of mutual destruction is too great.
Any sensible US President will not go for this option.

He is what we would liberally call a "Double Agent". When he is in Russia he will heap praises on Putin and say how great Russia is; and when he is back in the US, he will rail against Putin. The truth, however, is he prefers Putin than America. Hence, on the recent incident, there he was in Russia cozying up to Putin, and condemning the US Intelligence; but when he is back in the US, he, lacking total sincerity, apologises for being an idiot when he was over there.
Trump is not in the Presidency to save America, or make it great again, whatever that means. For certain, Trump's business empire will mushroom in Russia, Indonesia, and other places, fairly soon. It will not surprise me, one bit, if he opens businesses also in North Korea!
