NSFs are supposed to serve the Nation in times of need - by training realisitically and safely - and not be subjected to mindless danger in training or worst subjected to illegal sadistic activities.
Every life is precious and must be safeguarded in training - while NSFs are called upon to train and serve the Nation. One life lost - is one too many.
