Again Trump has proven himself to be an "International deal breaker" and has not shown himself to be an "International deal maker".
Just like how Trump withdraw from TPP, Paris Climate Deal, Trump again demonstrate his "destructive streak".
It is easy for Trump to "destroy" deal rather than making deal - because making deal require :- (1) highly diplomatic skill (2) win-win outcome (3) empahty (4) i am ok, you are ok.
Trump does not have any ofthe above positive attributes - and as such only can destroy deal - and not make deal. Trump will have to bear the consequences of his action.

The World must learn to immune, insulate, omit and firewall - Trump led US from future International deal - as Trump is prone to sabotage such deal - that have major implications and consequences to the security and economy of the World.
If the World is successful in doing so, future Trump insensible acts - will have little impact on the World - as a "Firewall" will have build against Trump-led US.
In other words, Trump led US will have been properly, appropriately isolated from World Affairs.
Thus to start with, the World should actively build multi-lateral trade deals - without Trump led US - to reduce the economic influence on the World.
This will have attrition effect on Trump economic muscle to impose on the World.
The hard liners in Iran will be delighted with Trumps decision, the great Satan shows it's true colours yet again. President Rouhani will have to use all his diplomatic skills to try and keep the deal on track with the rest of the world. We are in uncharted waters, Kim Jong-Un will be an interested spectator to the latest Trump shenanigans, how can you negotiate with a man whose Raison d'etre is to tear up agreements with impunity.
