He challenged NTUC to place "today's unemployed into tomorrow's jobs".
"Ultimately, the greatest achievement is to 'place tomorrow's unemployed into tomorrow's jobs'," he wrote.

The greatest challenge is to help unemployed Singaporeans and Residents to be placed into tommorrow jobs so that this will help to :-
(1) Resolve social divide and social inequality - when Singaporeans and Residents have good jobs and good wages.
(2) Help to overcome high cost of livings.
If successfully done so, then the adverse impact of raw capitalism, disruptive tech, business transformation - will have been mitigated or resolve.
