Singapore should make use of this opportunity to :-
(1) increase the capacity of local production.
(2) secure alternative source of supplies such as from Thailand, and other sources with competitive prices.
(3) for baking cakes or other production - use liquid eggs.
Singapore should not rely heavily on one source such as Malaysia for our food supply - where an old hat constantly pick on Singapore for a fight - in practically everything under the sun.
