Quite strange that there are lack of manpower in many industries and in the Government.
Also very strange that quite a number of people can't find jobs - whether the retrenched ones or the fresh graduates.
So look like a mechanism is lacking to map available manpower resources to jobs are missing.
Thought we have the WDA Job Portal - is it properly used?
Or should there be a Central Source of registering job applicants and Business register their manpower needs?
