3) deliberately delay check in /out
4) motorcycle traffic police stop SG cars claiming the driver beat red light and asked RM100 if not will be escorted to batu pahat police station to pay RM300
4) SG cars block at highway and robbed.
5) broad day arm robbery at taxi stand.
6) motorcycle gangs snatch ladies sling bag also caused serious injuries.
7) gangs prey on SG cars at patrol stn forcibly drove off the car.
8)specially selected brand SG cars parked at shopping Ctr basement stolen.
9) broad day daring arm robbery infront many people some even next to police stn.
10) well plan syndicates gangs going round pick pocket passed the stolen wallet to other person and..
11) Landrover police cars road block inspection at Ayer Hitam near the traffic light junctio with 10 uniform policeman waving signalling SG veh to park aside demand 200 ringgits accusing the SG driver beat the red light.
12) hotel room tap water yellowish, not sterilisation or chlorine tested.
13) Street foods are not expensive but not hygienic, many fly landed on the food.
14) side drainage chokaged with heavy sewerage stench smell.
15) road not safety with potholes and uneven surface with potential car ramp into walking pedestrians.
16) groceries and staples food prices are reasonable but weighing cheated, also seller's attitudes poor.
