It make sense that with the China and Vietnam maritime islands being put into UN for arbitration, both sides should withdraw their ships and rig from the disputed site - while allowing UN arbitration and diplomacy to take place so that actions on the ground will not compromise the UN arbitration and allow tension to ease while awaitng a peaceful resolution to come into fruition.
