Both Princess should be allowed to migrate overseas to join their mother.
This is a basic human right.

Women should also be given basic human right in a society to function properly.
Whether male or female, young or old, able or disable, adult or child, poor or rich - everyone should be treated equally and fairly.

If I am a Father, I will take care of my sons and daughters to ensure they have basic needs, foods, clothing, a shelter over their head to ensure they are properly fed, properly clothed, and ensure about their welfare and their well-beings.

Why? Simply they are our sons and daugthers. For the love for our sons and daughters are unconditional.

If I am a ruler that take charge of my people, whether they are male or female, young or old, able or disable, adult or child, poor or rich - i will take care of them and treat them equally and fairly - and ensure they are properly fed, properly clothed, and ensure about their welfare and their well-beings.

Why? Simply they are my subjects in which they have entrusted the responsibilites and duties to me to take care of them.

销灾，解难， 灭苦，灭执， (救苦，救难) 是菩提大愿。

当政者有此 慈悲，智慧，无我 之心，那有不受人民爱戴拥附之理。
