This people are trained to kill, to murder, battle-hardened, radicalise by ideology to commit violence to get the things they want - will not only be a danger to the Country they originate but to other Countries as well.

This people will have interanational connection - as nationals from all over the World converge to fight.

The Syria, Iraq - with captured territory become a "Terror Hub" where all extremists converged - that will not only destabilise all the Countries around the region, but also Countries outside the region as this fighters will go back to their Countries of Origin to share and continue to fight for their violent cause and what they believe in.

It is like virus propagation like MERs, SARs, H9N7 effects.

But in the first place, why are they motivated to leave their Countries of Origin - peaceful place - and go into a place of war to fight and likely to die or get themselves injured?

Once this root cause is identified, they can be stopped, rehabiliated before being radicalised.
