It would be a happier outcome if it reads :-
"China has resolved and reached agreement on the territorial dispute of Paracel islands with Vietnam based on 双赢 solutions.
China and Vietnam as a result of the peaceful win-win deal - has won the International accolade and the Chineses domestic citizens applauded the reports of the peaceful resolution of dispute with her neighbors - for being 大国容忍风范。"
