Actually the UK PM is right.
A terroism base - the size and resources of a country - in fact cross country is in the making.

Soon it will beef up on spreading ideology in the social media about its ideology attracting alot of extremists all over the World, provide training and export terrorism all over the World.

Middle East will be even more volatile as this extremists will infiltrate many moderate countries to create havoc, so that they can enlarge their territory bigger and bigger.
