Since there are 15 industrial sites launched, does it include one that are specifically reserved for those 40 years and above Singaporean PMETs and Workers who are retrenched or unemployed to be run by say e2i or WDA or MOM - so that this matured Singaporean PMETs and Workers can continue to get a job and feed themselves and family?

In this way, they don't have to stay unemployed for so long - months and years - and solved the political "hot potato" of so many unemployed old Singaporean PMETs and workers.

Got a great idea for this "Pioneer Silver Industrial site" that will inherit the following chararcteristics :-
- Silver-Friendly
- High-Tech, IT-savy
- Eco-Friendly. Energy conservation, Green concept
- Tech-Smart
- Futuristic, automated, robot-driven
- Incubator for flexi-work, remote workplace, mobile workplace
etc.

- Retirement products, Retirement services, Elderly products and services - Retirement Village

Let see how this Elders produce a Secondary Economy for Singapore - the Pioneer Silver Industry - that shine like a Diamond - not a spend force to be discarded by the industry.

Even think of the Programme name :-
"Pioneer Silver Industry" (PSI) for the mature Singaporean PMETs and Workers.

And the Industrial Site set up for this purpose :-
"Pioneer Silver Industrial Site" (PSIS)

How is it?
