Drugs addiction destroy the lives of not only the addicted, but also the addicted family and will cause tremendous strain to the whole Nation.
Drugs peddling is also a hotbed for crimes - such as gun violence to protect drug trade, addicted commit crimes like robberies, cheating, prostitution etc to earn illegal money to buy drugs and drag down the Economy when drug addiction bring down a person's cap to work.
Thus even though decision on capital punishment for drug kingpin and drug peddling has bad karma --- but it is a necessary decision.
Going soft on drug abuse - will harm an entire nation.

The good intent to protect the innocents - will inherit overwhelming good karma and will negate the bad karma of the decision on capital punishment for drug criminals that exploit the good of innocents.

Look at how the drug addicts suffer when on drug?
Look at how the family of the drug addicts suffer when the drug addicts suffer, demand money for drugs, unable to work to sustain themselves and resort to crime?
Look at how the entire Nation being burden by many people who have easy access to drug - it will drag a Nation down Economically, Socially and crime infestation.
Thus drug trade is a sin and a crime is unpardonable - which is also a "hell-bound" sin.

If soft approach is adopted for drug criminals, drug kingpins and drug peddlers --- soon the street will have more criminals than innocents citizens, more drug addicts than normal man in the street.
The soft approach become Misplaced Compassion - that harm the Nation than make the Nation wholesome.

The whole environment will deteriorate from a wholesome environment for human dwelling --- into a hellish, suffering environment that liken a "hell" suffering environment.
Misplaced Compassion - cause more harm to human realm than help.
Wholesome Compassion - bring "paradise" to human realm.

Soon the Economy will be strain by non-productive drug addicts, more criminals that commit robbery, that commit theft, that commit prostitution, that commit cheating, that borrow from loanshark etc.
Economy will spiral downwards and the whole Nation will be in limbo.

修经 - 唯中乘。
修戒 - 唯下乘。
Practice meditation - to internalise - is the highest form of practice.
Practice the recitation and following the teaching of holy book - is the medium form of practice.
Practice the precepts or discipline order - need the above 2 higher form of practice to complement.
If follow the holy book blindly ---- then more harm will be the outcome.
修心 - 唯上乘。I am glad we are at this stage.

(1) No-Self --- for the Greater Good.
(2) Panna Wisdom --- Wise, Pragmatic
(3) Compassion --- implement policies Wisely with Compassion for the Greater Good.

There are 6 realms in the Samsara Universe.
Due to Universal Law --- the last realm is the "Hell Realm".
Why? Because the Universal Law of Karma will have to punish hardcore devils that stubbornly harm innocents - else all innocents in mundane Universe will be wipe out if there is no Hell by the hardcore devils.
If go by Misplaced Compassion --- then there will be no hell realms. And the 5 higher realms will be systematically and surgically exterminated by Hell realm beings - if there is no Hell to hold the Hell realm beings.
Thus important to understand Universal Law, under Universal Truth, understand Universal Karma.

The only Compassion way to save these hardcore criminals that harm innocent people ---- is salvage them in Hell realm - after they have repented and suffer all his/her bad karma ---- before they can be salvaged back to higher wholesome realms.
Else without genuine repentant ----- they will come back to kill and harm more innocent people.
So "Be Wise" or "Be Foolish".
So have "Wholesome Compassion" or "Misplaced Compassion"?
