When the international sanction get tighter and tighter, it will be liken a noose that get tighter and tighter strangling N Korea.
More people will defect, more social unrest and even its Army will get demoralise.
The "time bomb" within N Korea - has already start ticking.
N Korea has no choice, but to choose Peace (discard nuclear weapons) or Unrest and Collapse.
