(1) Ironically, there is no banning of using sea sand for the reclaimation - that are used as excuse for sand export ban - to protect the environment.
(2) This is called "double standard" - and a lame excuse that sand export ban is to protect environment - when it justify reclaimation using sea sand.
Malaysia can let Penang to be another HK, and it will be prosperous!!!
